Mirsalehi opened up about her wellness secrets in an interview with Net-A-Porter.com. She says that she likes to eat a healthy breakfast each day. "I make oatmeal and add healthy toppings such as goji berries, nuts, seeds and fresh fruit. On hotter days I'll have an acai or smoothie bowl – I like to make them myself by using frozen bananas, avocado, dates and oat milk. If I'm in LA, I'll visit my favorite breakfast spot, Backyard Bowls."

Mirsalehi is open about her love of taking supplements and vitamins. She tells Net-A-Porter.com that she often takes vitamins first thing in the morning with her breakfast. "I also take a vitamin B12 supplement with my breakfast, or I'll take propolis [a compound produced by bees, thought to fight infection] from my father's bee garden if I feel run down."

Mirsalehi tells Net-A-Porter.com that she always tries to stay hydrated. Especially when she's about to get on a flight. She says, "I'm always flying for work and struggle to fight dehydration, so I start my morning with a tall glass of water before my skincare routine."

For Mirsalehi, skincare is very important. She opened up about some of her secrets and her routine in an interview with Mojeh.com. "I always try to make sure I moisturize my skin, use sunscreen and drink lots of water, whatever season it may be. During winter, I pay extra attention to hydrating my skin, because of the cold weather, rain and wind, it can eventually take its toll! I think a healthy skin is solely dependent on good nutrition, hydration and sleep. Also, whenever I find a beauty product I'm satisfied with, I try not to switch to another one too often. Why fix what isn't broken?"

Mirsalehi tells Savoir Flair that she likes to try new workouts and exercises. "I'm quite experimental when it comes to exercising, and I like to try new and different things. I don't have a strict workout schedule as it really depends on my day." Try the treadmill. "Maybe start by walking at a flat incline for 30 minutes to see if that's obtainable," says exercise physiologist Katie Lawton, MEd to the Cleveland Clinic. "Or put the incline at 5% to see how you do. Maybe slow down the pace or go for less time. See what your body can tolerate and build from there."
